These terms govern your use of adwis.uz (the "site"), owned by Mini Max Finance ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About the site

The site describes ADWIS accounting and tax services, publishes news and articles on tax and accounting in Uzbekistan and the company's job openings, and lets you request a consultation or apply for a job.

2. Site content is not an offer or advice

• Descriptions of services, timelines and prices are for information only and are not a public offer. The terms and cost of our services are set by a separate written contract.
• Articles, news and FAQ answers are general information, not individual tax, accounting or legal advice. Laws change, and material may go out of date after it is published. Talk to a specialist, such as us, before making decisions.

3. Requests and applications

• By submitting a form you confirm that the details you give are accurate and yours to share, and you agree that we may contact you at the phone number given.
• Sending a request does not oblige either you or us to sign a contract.
• Applying for a job does not guarantee an interview or a job offer.
• Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The text, design, logos, the ADWIS and Mini Max Finance trademarks, images and other material on the site belong to us or are used with their owners' permission. You may quote our articles if you credit the source with a live link to adwis.uz. Any other copying, distribution or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.

5. Prohibited use

When using the site you must not:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or its admin panel;
• disrupt the site, overload it, or scrape its content in bulk by automated means;
• send spam, advertising, malicious files, or other people's personal data without their consent through the site's forms;
• impersonate anyone or knowingly give false information.

6. Third-party links

The site contains links to and embedded content from third-party services (Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, Yandex Maps and others). We are not responsible for their content or data practices, so please review their own policies.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on site content without consulting a specialist, or by the site being temporarily unavailable. Our liability for the services we provide is set by the contract with each client.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are settled by negotiation or, failing that, in the court at the company's location, as provided by law.

We may change these terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; its date is shown at the top.
