Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data adwis.uz collects, why we need it, who we share it with and how you can control it. It is written in line with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" of 2 July 2019.

1. Who processes your data

The personal data operator is Mini Max Finance, the company behind the ADWIS service ("we", "us").

2. What we collect

Consultation requests (the "Contact us" form):

• your name and phone number;
• your message and, if you choose, a voice note;
• the page you sent the request from and the site language;
• your IP address and referring page, to fight spam and keep track of requests.

Job applications:

• your name, phone number and cover message;
• your resume, either an uploaded file or the form filled in on the site: desired position, city, date of birth, expected salary, education and work history;
• any diplomas, certificates or other documents you attach.

Collected automatically: device and browser details, pages viewed, how you reached the site and approximate location based on your IP address. Google Analytics collects this using cookies (see section 7).

We do not ask for or collect special categories of data (health, religious or political views and so on). Please do not include them in messages or resumes.

3. Why we use it

• to contact you, answer your question and prepare a quote;
• to sign and perform an accounting or tax services contract;
• to consider candidates for vacancies and invite them to interviews;
• to understand how visitors use the site and improve it;
• to protect the site from spam and abuse;
• to meet the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting a form on the site, and where processing is needed to enter into or perform a contract with you or is required by law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. It is available only to the staff who need it for their work and to the services that run the site:

• Telegram: requests and applications are delivered to the company's internal work chats;
• amoCRM: client requests are stored in our CRM so we can follow up;
• Google Analytics (Google LLC): visitor statistics;
• Instagram (Meta Platforms): on pages with an Instagram feed, embedded posts load from Instagram's servers, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies;
• the hosting provider whose servers run the site.

These services may store data on servers outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. By submitting a form you consent to this cross-border transfer.

We also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

• client requests: as long as needed to reply and negotiate, and if a contract is signed, for its term plus the document retention periods set by law;
• job applications: up to 1 year after the hiring process ends, then deleted;
• analytics data: no longer than 14 months.

If you withdraw your consent, we delete your data sooner unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. adwis.uz uses:

• Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), which tell visitors apart for visit statistics;
• Instagram cookies, set by embedded posts on pages with an Instagram feed.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working, but your visits won't be counted in the statistics.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out whether we process your data and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted or blocked;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• complain about our actions to the authorized state body for personal data or to a court.

To exercise these rights, email hr@adwis.uz. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

9. How we protect it

The site works only over secure HTTPS. Only the responsible staff can see requests and applications, and service access keys are kept on the server and never reach the browser. Even so, no method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

10. Children

The site and our services are meant for entrepreneurs and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we start using a new service. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top.
